- Thanks to our network, we can ship worldwide as quickly as possible.

- Services dedicated to logistics in France and International are at your disposal.

- The equipment travels under the responsibility of the buyer and at the risk of the recipient.

- To be checked with the presence of the carrier, the number of packages in relation to the transport document, the condition of the equipment and the interior of the packages (regardless of the condition of the packaging).

In the event of non-compliance (missing or damaged package), note the same day on the carrier's voucher the number of missing packages and the details of the damage or damage noted legibly. Refuse the package that you consider unusable. Confirm the dispute by registered letter to the carrier with a copy to CHR Equipement within 48 hours. All goods unpacked after the carrier's departure will be considered compliant and no complaints will be taken into consideration.

Otherwise, RESTOCONCEPT cannot be held responsible for this damage and under no circumstances can payment of the goods be called into question for these reasons.

ATTENTION

- On the day of delivery, absolutely provide, especially for heavy and bulky products, help to carry the equipment. In fact, delivery people are not movers: as a general rule they will deliver to you and you will have to arrange to bring the equipment home by yourself.

- For collection from the depot so as not to pay for delivery, please note that this will be done at our depot in Morangis 91 420 (our main agency) at:
