Rotary ovens with 12 cooking plates REAR burner or electric resistances
- Electric rotary oven for 1 trolley of 12 trays 80x80 cm. Practical ventilation system thanks to 3 fans positioned inside the cooking chamber which suck in air and distribute it evenly in the cart through the 4 side slots. This guarantees excellent baking of any bread and pastry product. Oven entirely built in stainless steel. Door with double glazing. Double spray with cast iron balls.
- The success of this rotary kiln lies in the quality of the initial project where the design contribution was to create ovens that would last over time. Proof of this are the great thicknesses and quality of the materials used, the large cooking chamber, the particular path of the smoke and the solidity and efficiency of the heat exchanger. This model has rear access to the exchanger. Available in the version with burner or electric.
